Developer Information

DriverPro is developed by Manuel Ramírez, an independent developer. For any privacy-related enquiries, please use the contact details provided at the end of this document.

This policy applies to the DriverPro mobile app available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

This policy is provided for informational purposes. The developer assumes no additional liability beyond what is strictly required by applicable law.

Data Collected by the App

The table below details exactly what data is generated and where it is stored:

DriverPro does not request or store: name, surname, national ID, email address, password, GPS location, device contacts, call history, or any other personally identifiable data.

There are no proprietary servers. The SQLite database resides entirely on the device and is never transmitted to any server.

Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics

DriverPro integrates Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, services provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). These services collect:

• Anonymized usage events (screens visited, features used)
• App error and crash reports (no personal data)
• Technical device information: model, OS version, language
• App performance data

This data is processed in an aggregated, anonymized manner to improve app stability and user experience. Google processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.

Advertising · Google AdMob

The free version of DriverPro displays ads served by Google AdMob (Google LLC). AdMob may collect and use:

• The device Advertising ID to show personalised or non-personalised ads
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
• Technical device information (model, OS, connectivity)

Personalised advertising: In jurisdictions that require it, the app will request your explicit consent before showing personalised ads. If consent is not granted, non-personalised ads will be shown instead.

You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation
• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Limit Ad Tracking

Your Data Rights

DriverPro does not collect or store any personal data on its own servers. All shift data resides solely on the user's device, meaning the developer has no access to it and cannot provide or delete it remotely.

To delete all app data, the user may do so directly within the app or by uninstalling it from the device.

Data Security

Shift data is stored locally on the user's device via SQLite, protected by the operating system's own security mechanisms (iOS / Android sandbox). It is never transmitted to any proprietary server.

Communications with third-party services (Firebase, AdMob) use the security protocols those services implement. The developer cannot guarantee the absolute security of any system and assumes no liability for security failures attributable to third parties or the user's own device.

Minors

DriverPro is not directed at children under 16 and does not knowingly collect data from minors. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has used the app, please contact us to request deletion of any data.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the app, integrated third-party services, or applicable regulations. The "Last updated" date at the top of the document indicates when the latest revision was made.

Relevant changes will be communicated where possible, although there is no obligation to provide prior notice beyond what is required by law. Periodic review of this page is recommended.
